Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced
bEGINNER RALLY
Requirements: Dog must know how to sit, lie down, come when called, walk on a loose leash at the handler's left side, and stay
Prerequisites: Advanced Puppy I or higher class
Session Length: 7 weeks
Cost: $160 ($140 with early registration discount)
Content: This class is designed to teach the foundation skills needed to be successful at all levels of Rally. We will spend the first part of each class learning how to teach your dog their new foundation skills followed by applying these skills to the corresponding Rally signs (Novice to Excellent) in the second part of the class. This class is perfect for anyone interested in advancing thier basic skills learned in puppy classes, CGC dogs ready for a bigger challenge, and is a great first step for anyone interested in stepping into the Rally ring for the first time with a new dog. limited to 8 teams to allow for one-on-one instruction.
Materials Needed: buckle or martingale collar, 4 to 6 foot leash, lots of small treats. Recommended but not required - pivot disc for your dog's height, stationing platform or PVC guides

INTERMEDIATE RALLY
Requirements: Dog must know basic Rally skills including but not limited to: left and right turns, 270 and 360 turns, sit and lie down in heel and stay, fronts, left and right finishes, heeling/loose leash walking with attention
Prerequisites: Beginner Rally or equivalent
Session Length: 7 weeks
Cost: $160 ($140 with early registration discount)
Content: This class is designed to continue building on the foundation skills needed to be successful at all levels of Rally. We will cover proper ring procedures and etiquette, leash handling for Novice and Intermediate Rally, handler foot work and signals, and begin sequences AKC Rally signs together (Novice to Excellent)

Content: This class is designed to practice full AKC Rally courses (Advanced and Excellent) and prepare the team for entering competition
